The Tri-Cities, Cumberland, Benham, and Lynch, located between the beautiful big Black Mountain and Pine Mountain, in Harlan County, Kentucky. Our mountains and people are our greatest resources. Coal Mining, educational facilities, medical facilities are our largest employers.
